Boutique Return Policy
We will only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items unworn, unopened,
and un-altered with tags attached.
A store credit of the purchase price will be issued and can only be redeemed for boutique goods.

If you are unsatisfied with your service,
please contact us immediately, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via text/e-mail prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for multiple services lasting 2 hours or more. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges of $25 per service or up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the salon receptionist via phone.
Salon Product Return Policy
Our products are made with high quality, natural ingredients, and therefore have a shelf life.
We will accept returns for unopened product within 30 days of purchase. We will issue an in store credit for the purchase price.
We will accept returns for opened product within 15 days of purchase. We will issue an in store credit for the purchase price.
Store Credit issued for products can only be redeemed for product.
